The purpose of the meeting is to discuss some recent development in the legal frame regulating the labour relations in Guangdong Province and to prepare for the meeting with the Guangzhou Human Resource and Social Security Bureau in November.

We have invited the Chairman of the Legal &Taxation Working Group in PRD – Mr. Vivian Desmonts, who will advise on some recent regulations and discuss on recent HR legal issues with the HR Forum.

2. Information about the new policy on retirement age (which was implemented from Oct. 1 in Shanghai city).

3. Minimum salary increase in Year 2011 foreseen by the GZ HRSSB.
