European Chamber Human Resources Forum Beijing
Invitation to Seminar: Coaching Cultures – The Truth Behind the Myths
Date & Time: 4 PM, Wednesday, 24th November 2010
Venue: Kerry Centre Hotel
Member Fee: 200 RMB
Dear Human Resources Forum Members,
We are delighted to invite you to a unique seminar focusing on the newly identified aspects of Coaching in China on 24 November 2010 at the Kerry Center Hotel – where experts will discuss the results of the first comprehensive Coaching Study in China.
“Coaching has a bright future in China, as a new phenomenon in a dynamic market. Clients in China value it and plan to use it more, but coaching will need to become more disciplined and more professional if it is to fulfill its potential in ‘The Middle Kingdom’…” – this is just one of the comments from our panel of seasoned experts.
At the seminar, experts will share with you the results of the first comprehensive Coaching Study in China, a project spearheaded by the European Chamber Human Resources Forum earlier this year, and one which received tremendous support and input from our Members. The event will also touch upon different aspects of coaching with Chinese characteristics - including the Chinese ‘touch’, quality control, coaching challenges, lack of success stories and the limitation of Chinese speaking coaches and much more. Do join us at this ground breaking seminar which opens up the previously unknown aspects of coaching in China.
Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the Coaching Study.
