With ever evolving technologies and a change in consumer trends, comes the need to modernize IT trends.
The Client of the future will be mobile and virtualized, creating an unknown complexity with regard to tax and publisher compliance. Stephan Cadisch from SoftwareONE will show us:
· The trends in future licensing models;
· How the move from perpetual models to subscriptions based models will impact the IT planning;
· How new Volume License Offerings, such as Office 365, Windows Intune and SelectPlus will impact the customers: benefits and loopholes.
IT departments will also have to be modernized as they often rely on the antiquated "break-fix" model of IT service, addressing and fixing problems only after they happen.
Michael Chen from Kaseya will introduce the concept of "IT Automation" to show how to transform your IT department from a reactive cost center into a highly proactive, value-adding organization that doesn't allow IT problems to occur!

Speakers
Stephan Cadisch, Software ONE
Stephan Cadisch joined SoftwareONE in November 2010 as Director of the Global Expertise Team. In this role, he took over the responsibility of building a worldwide Center of Excellence which supports customers, partners, and internal teams with training, knowledge, and expertise around all aspects of licensing and software lifecycle management.
Prior to joining SoftwareONE, Stephan spent 23 years in Sales and Marketing positions with international companies such as Burroughs Spoerry, Wenger Systems, Oce, and Microsoft. Whilst with Microsoft, Stephan worked for seven years in Switzerland, and for the last six years of his term as a Senior Licensing Executive for the Worldwide Business Desk, supporting the Asian markets based out of Singapore.
Stephan holds several degrees in Sales and Marketing, known as Swiss Diplomas. He is also a recognized expert in Switzerland, allocating a portion of his time to teaching Sales Organization and Psychology at a Swiss business school.
Michael Chen, Kaseya
Michael Chen has been with Kaseya since June 2010, and has been in charge of leading the company's successful entrance into China. He has over twelve years of experience in the marketing and sales of technology in the Chinese market.
Prior to joining Kaseya, Mr. Chen served as the Director of Sales and Business Development for On2 Technologies, which was recently acquired by Google. Earlier positions include Executive Sales Manager at Nemo Technologies, at the time a subsidiary of Nokia.
Mr. Chen holds degrees in Computer Telecommunications and International Business, and has studied and worked extensively in both China and Finland.
