In today’s business world, companies rarely go it alone. Corporate growth and business success are increasingly supported through outsourcing and licensing; products and services are now, more than ever, created and marketed through strategic alliances and joint development arrangements. These “external” or “extended” business relationships comprise what is now a widespread business model: the extended enterprise. And that’s where Deloitte Contract Risk and Compliance (CRC) program fits in - to substantiate the trust you place in your business partners and to promote the integrity and reliability of both contracts and business relationships. A well executed CRC program can produce substantial bottom line benefits. We will invite Deloitte associate director from CRC department to share the knowledge and experience in the following CRC areas, such as purchase and spending/ outsourcing, off shoring/ IP management and software licensing.
Besides, effective consolidation between the Customs, Global Trade affairs, the overall operation target of the company, tax planning and supply chain management, plays a key role on the success of multi-national companies. We will invite Deloitte Tax Manager from indirect tax department to share the experience including conducting an analysis and providing relevant advice based on Customs laws and relevant cases on potential risks that the company might face, such as risks and causes with respect to filing, execution and cancellation on process trades, regulations and practices on Customs valuation, the impact of Customs administration category on the company, the key points and methods of Customs audit, etc.
