Dear HR Forum Members,

Please be informed that upon our invitation we have been confirmed working meeting with Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Friday, June 3rd, 2011 at 10:00 am

I would like to invite you to join this meeting and be updated on the recent labour regulations and policies taking place in China and more particularly in Guangzhou.
Some of the questions that were raised at a previous HR Forum Meeting for discussion at a working level meeting are as follows:

- Collective wage negotiations
- Hukou system
- Labour Outsource regulations
- Minimum wage regulations
- Clarification on some parts related to Social Insurance Law
- Application and approval for Comprehensive overtime (OT) system
