is delighted to invite you to join an all-day workshop entitled
'Mastering Cross-Cultural Communication'
- This workshop will explore the key characteristics of successful communication within groups with different communication styles.
- Participants will identify the source of conflicts between different cultures and learn to overcome or prevent them.
- The aim is to increase awareness of what it takes to build open and trusting communication relationships despite interpersonal or cultural differences.
Leading the training shall be Lyric Chan. Lyric has been a Trainer and Senior Consultant in The Works Partnership (TWP) since 1999. He has delivered trainings in Asia Pacific to clients such as Bank of China, O&M Advertising, Mindshare Communications, Nokia, Dell, DSM, and Yahoo! Learn more about Lyric.

Only written cancellations will be accepted. No-shows who fail to cancel before this time will be invoiced for the event. Fees will be collected at the entrance. Persons without prior registration will only be allowed entrance if space permits and will be charged an additional 'walk in' fee.
