Further to the working level meeting held earlier this month (June 3rd, 2011) with Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, we have tentatively scheduled a meeting for July 25th, 2011 with Guangzhou Labour Arbitration Committee at which they will share common labour dispute cases, labour arbitration committee practices and labour arbitration awards as discussed with the Bureau earlier this month.
You are kindly requested to submit your questions and/or labour cases you may have to Mira Lioleva at mlioleva@europeanchamber.com.cn by Friday, July 22th, COB. Preferably please prepare a bilingual version of the cases.
