The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to a breakfast seminar on Tuesday 6th September, examining Double Tax Treaties in China and Hong Kong.
At this event our expert speakers will provide details on recent developments in both mainland Chinese and Hong Kong double tax treaties which may have implications for your international tax planning.
Hong Kong has been very active signing new tax treaties within the last 18 months and now has 21 tax treaties signed or in force. Hong Kong is now even better positioned as a regional hub for trading, shared services or as a holding location – but there are obstacles to be considered.
Our speakers will discuss the key features of China-Hong Kong Double Taxation Arrangements by comparison to the treaties between China and other popular jurisdictions and will provide an update on the recent development on treaty benefit application issues in China.
Our speakers will also be happy to answer any questions you may have that are specific to your company’s interests.
