Approaching to the accounting year ending 31 December 2011, have you reviewed your company's transfer pricing ("TP") situation and consider the reasonableness of the full year's profit level? For possible issues listed below, how will you plan in advance so as to keep your company one step ahead?
How do the tax authorities evaluate the submitted contemporaneous TP documentation reports? How should TP adjustments be implemented in practice, whilst considering the potential relevant indirect tax, Customs, and foreign exchange issues? Where businesses require restructuring or functional consolidation, are there any best practices of TP planning that can be leveraged? Any risks considerations to be aware of?
In this workshop, the Deloitte TP team, together with the Deloitte indirect tax team, will take an integrated approach to discuss the practical solutions in TP issues. We trust this workshop will provide you with a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the practical aspects of TP risk management and possible solutions.
