We are please to invite you to the next Travel Working Group meeting, which will take place one day earlier than previously announced on Monday 5th December 2005 at 2pm at the EU Chamber office in Beijing.
At this meeting the results of the Travel Impact Study will be presented. The study was carried out by the EU-China Trade Project in conjunction with the Working Group and experts from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and analyses the development of China?? tourism industry, in particular the development of international tourism, the existing barriers to further development and provides suggestions and recommendations to the Chinese government, the EU Commission and EU member states as well as industry.

Presentation on the results of the Travel Impact Study
Roundtable discussion
2. Forward Strategy and Action Plan 2006
Discussion on strategy for 2006 (with the aim of drafting a lobbying action plan for 2006)
Discussion on the presentation of the Position Paper/Travel Study to government agencies
