Taste the brilliant freshness of traditional Italian seafood and meat dishes prepared by executive chef Vincenzo of Rosso Italiano while savoring the most distinctive and best wines from Campania, Puglia, Calabria and Sicily.
Each dish and wine shall tell a special story of the unique cuisine and terroir of southern Italy, with the wines introduced by wine writer and European Chamber wine consultant John H. Isacs.
