10:00 Guest Presentation (with interpretation) on “Going West and Urbanization” by Mr. ZHANG Xiaoji, Vice Chairman of China International Association for Rural and Urban Development.
Mr. ZHANG Xiaoji (张小济) is currently the Vice Chairman of China international Association of Rural and Urban Development. He is also a senior research fellow and member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as well as the Director-General of the Research Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Development Research Center (DRC) of the State Council of P. R. C. He received his Ph.D. in economics at Beijing Normal University in 1984. He is a standing member of Chinese Association of International Trade as well as the Chinese Association of International Economic Cooperation.

Mr. Claude Gong (龚兵), Partner, Deloitte Beijing office. He has nearly 13 years’ experience in providing China business and tax advisory services to multinational companies doing business in China. His exposure covers a broad range of industries such as real estate, manufacturing, automobile, wholesales and retailing, and high-tech. Mr. Gong is a PRC certified tax agent, and holds a FMBA of HK Chinese University.
