We are pleased to invite you to the next meeting of the Private Equity & Strategic M&A Working Group on Wednesday 16th May, starting at 8.30am, jointly in our Beijing and Shanghai offices.
At this meeting, we will have a presentation on the recent developments relating to the regulation of foreign private equity in China - including recent NDRC announcements and implications for the QFLP scheme - by Mr. Thomas Urlacher and Mr. Zheng Yu of Gide Loyrette Nouel.
