The master and student chefs of Le Restaurant-Ecole of the Institute Paul Bocuse in Shanghai will prepare a superb SIX-course summer dinner with each course featuring some of the finest and most typical French ingredients and cooking techniques.
Wine writer and European Chamber wine consultant John H. Isacs will match each course with exquisite French wines from some of the most famous wine regions of France, including Champagne, Loire Valley, Burgundy, Bordeaux and Rhone Valley. Each wine and dish will be introduced in an educational and entertaining fashion. Come enjoy the best of French gourmet tastes and textures in Shanghai in the stylish and relaxed ambience of Le Restaurant-Ecole.
