Guest Speaker: Mr. Kin Yu
Managing Director of Boyden Management Consulting Asia Limited (BMCA), bringing with him 20 years of experience in talent management and development. Prior to joining BMCA, Kin was the Director, Organizational and Leadership Development at KPMG China, where he was responsible for designing and implementing various strategic people programs and organizational development initiatives to enhance the performance and engagement levels of the KPMG talents.
Before moving to an in-house role at KPMG, Kin was the General Manager for SHL China and Taiwan. He led the development of the Chinese versions of flagship SHL psychometric and assessment tools, and worked with a number of leading organizations across various industries in Asia-Pacific to implement cutting edge talent management and development practices.
