The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next Construction Working Group meeting. It will be held on Wednesday, 24 October, 8:30am-10am, at the European Chamber Shanghai office, with the European Chamber Beijing joining via videoconference.
At this meeting, Mr. Michel Brekelmans, Partner, L.E.K. Consulting, will provide an overview of M&A activity in China’s construction sector, highlight M&A models and objectives and the strategic role of M&A in developing business in China and outline best practices in conducting M&A in China’s construction sector. The following presentation by Pinsent Masons’ Mr. Jonathan Reardon, Partner / Head, Corporate Division, China, and Ms. Michelle Li, Senior Associate, Construction Division, will examine key legal issues involved in the conduct of M&A in the construction and design sector in China.
