Dear Working Group Member,
The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next joint Energy, Environment and Construction Working Group meeting. It will be held at the European Chamber Shanghai (Shui On Plaza, Unit 2204, 333 Huai Hai Zhong Road) on Friday, 9 November, 10am-12pm.
Mr. Zhang Yong Ming will introduce the Sino-European Energy-Efficient Building Training and Research Centre at Tongji University. Established in April 2011, the Centre will continue the mission of the SWITCH-Asia Project “Train the Trainers” scheme upon its conclusion in January 2013, with the support of Project partners. This national Centre will provide trainings and engage in research activities and build on the achievements accomplished by the Project, but will expand both in its geographic reach and in content. Attached please find background information, including training activities, on the Centre and an introduction to its corporate partner programme.
This meeting will be an occasion to stimulate dialogue between the Working Groups and the Centre to jointly identify opportunities and actions in this field.
