Workshop introduction:

Looking across the 22 leadership practices of the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) Model, your will have the opportunity to assess your own leadership capability and identify strengths and areas of development.

Speaker introduction:
The session will be delivered by Robin Ball, MDS Founder and Head of Learning and Development.
