Salary adjustments and bonus distributions are an important instrument in today’s business to support em-ployees and their performances. This Roundtable is based on real practice sharing and will give you useful advices, how to make salary adjustments fairer. It is exclusively reserved for HRDs, HRMs or GMs and we re-serve the right to reject registrations on these grounds.
In this seminar our speakers share their experience on:
· How to make budget for the annual salary adjustments?
· What are the variables for it?
· How to conduct salary survey and comparison?
Speakers
Ms. Yuki Liu, HR Manager of IKA Works Guangzhou
Ms. Liu is a double bachelor holder in German Literature (B.A.) and Computer Science (B.S.).
After her graduation from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2004, she worked as Project Manager of Re-cruitment for the German Industry & Commerce. Since 2009, Ms. Liu is HR Manager of IKA Works Guangzhou. Besides, she got the National Certificate of Human Resource Managers in 2009.
Ms. Maria Zhang, Head of HR and Legal Compliance of Allianz General Insurance Ltd.
After Ms. Zhang finished her MBA degree at the Lingnan College of Sun Yat-Sen University, she worked many years in the financial sector for the HR department. Seven years ago Ms. Zhang joint Allianz and is supporter of the 3P theory (pay for people, pay for position and pay for per-formance).
