Intercultural training for Chinese employees
Western companies always faced special management challenges employing and working with Chinese middle and top managers. However, in the quickly changing Chinese society the rules are constantly changing. Now, Chinese managers vouch for Western management, so even them have to learn how to manage the new generation. In a combination of latest data, case studies, discussion and interactive group work the workshop is going to focus on topics like:
- What are the main challenges in terms of recruitment and management of Chinese employees for western companies?
- What does the new Chinese generation really want? What kind of company and job will attract them?
- Why intercultural training for Chinese managers does not only improve work results and quality but can help with one of the biggest problems of Western employers: high fluctuation of trained talent.
