Western companies always faced special management challenges employing and working with Chinese middle and top managers. However, in the quickly changing Chinese society the rules are constantly changing. Now, Chinese managers vouch for Western management, so even them have to learn how to manage the new generation. In a combination of latest data, case studies, discussion and interactive group work the workshop is going to focus on topics like:
