Ashton Lee is a China experienced executive and advisor to C level leaders on China product, distribution, and sales strategies. Formerly VP of Consumer Strategy for Standard Chartered Bank and VP of business development at online travel service Travelzen.com Ashton has created & sold products in China through dozens of online and offline channels. Previously to China Ashton was a Senior Manager for Online Strategy at American Express and Senior Consultant Financial Services Strategy with KPMG Consulting. Ashton has an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. He has been a Goldman Sachs lecturer on Entrepreneurship at Zhejiang University and regularly holds talks at companies & MBA programs on Business in China.
Part 2: Brand Positioning and its Performance Metrics
Positioning is one of the most misunderstood and misapplied aspects of Branding. What are the basic foundations of correct positioning and how do they effect the marketing strategy? What is the strategy to develop a proper positioning framework to make the brand stand out and operate from a protected environment? How to create a micro-cosmos of awareness, affinity and loyalty that a successful brand is always footed on?
This workshop will enable you to:

Mufit Mesci held many senior roles in his long career. Among other things he was Country Head of McCann-Erickson Central Asia and Senior Director for Leo Burnett and lectured at several universities on Strategic Marketing and Media Planning. He is currently working as embedded CMO for a large Chinese Electronics manufacturer.
