Our speakers, Dr. Iris Duchetsmann, German Attorney-at-law, Partner, Eversheds Shanghai, and Ralph Koppitz, German Attorney-at-law, Partner, Taylor Wessing Shanghai, will provide an update about what foreign invested enterprises, their management and HR departments should expect and be aware of in the coming months.
