Brain research and Psychology has proven that the behavior of people is governed by subconscious mind. How to evaluate people, deal with conflict and to find the right position for people therefore depends on a valid diagnostic of subconscious personality systems.
After 10 years of research Massine Scheffer has found a way to measure personality by a visual test. This approach has been successfully implemented for HR solutions in Europe and is completely new to Asia.

After developing an unique and valid visual questionnaire (ViQ) to measure implicit personality systems in only 5 minutes, he and Peter Massine founded the MassineScheffer GmbH, a Berlin based company specialized in neuropsychological based measuring of personality systems of target groups and consulting companies on how to align their marketing according to the results.
