Running for the third consecutive year, over 5000 professional respondents from various sectors, countries and job levels across the region were surveyed. Julia’s presentation will zoom into China respondents on their key drivers for staying in their jobs, what might encourage them to move, how many job offers they had received in the past 18 months, as well as compensation changes they saw on offers.
Touching also on leadership issues perceived by talents regionally, top relocation destinations and selected insights to work/life balance.
You will walk away with a better understanding of what is happening in the talent market in China and how recent economic trends may have impacted shifts in what is viewed as most important.
