The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to a Seminar on Handling Business Disputes in China.
The past 12 months has seen an increase in a range of business disputes impacting foreign businesses operating in China, including labour disputes due to restructuring, threats and intimidation by third parties as the result of consolidation of supplier or distributor contracts, and economic slowdown which exposes corruption, often leading to confrontation between members of the a "tribe" or employees or third parties.
In this seminar, we will look at the factors causing business disputes, how companies can better prepare for possible issues, and how to deal with disputes when they arise. This will be a highly practical, interactive discussion based upon the speakers’ many years of experience.
