The European Chamber is happy to invite you to join an afternoon seminar on 3 July, updating you on what foreign exchange impacts you need to consider on your investment in China.
In addition to Circular No. 59 issued late last year, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange further rolled out on May 11, 2013 the Foreign Exchange Administrative Provisions on Foreign Investors Domestic Direct Investment (Circular 21) which again address foreign exchange control deregulation in the FDI field.
Our speaker will share with you their insight on the new development brought by Circular 21 as well as other recent trend in foreign exchange control liberalization. Our speaker will also be happy to answer any specific questions you may have relating to your company’s business in China.
