We are pleased to invite you to the next Human Resources Working Group meeting that will be held at the Deloitte Offices, on 30th floor, Bund Centre, 222 Yan An Rd East in Shanghai on Thursday, June 8th 2006 at 9 a.m.
This meeting will look into Leadership Development "From little emperors to true leaders" We are delighted to welcome Mr. Jiang Haishan, Director General of the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong (CELAP) and Mr. Thomas Lan, HR Director Bekaert Asia on this occasion.
Mr. Jiang Haishan He will give us insides into concepts of true leadership in China, implemented programs at CELAP and HR developments. The question guiding Mr. Jiang's presentation: Which skills and knowledge are needed by today's leaders in China CELAP is a Shanghai-based national institution funded by the central government. CELAP is an international, contemporary and innovative leadership academy at the cutting-edge of leadership training. The institution runs training programs for high level leaders from the Chinese government and top executives from the business community.
Mr. Thomas Lan will give a presentation on Bekaert's Leadership Challenge Program. With more than 17,000 employees worldwide, Bekaert will introduce to the audience a practical approach of leadership development and share their experience in China.
