Introduction:
At this meeting, we have the great pleasure of welcoming representatives from Lenovo, China Consumers’ Association and Nielsen Greater China, who will engage in a discussion on the issue of consumers and CSR in China. In particular, the speakers will share with the audience, from their individual perspectives, the shifting purchasing behavior of Chinese consumers, the role that CSR, sustainability and social media have played in this process, as well as how companies have acted to respond to the new trend.

Nielsen Greater China: Presentation on the role of CSR and sustainability in shifting consumer behaviors in China;
China Consumers’ Association: Introduction to CCA’s working priorities and expectations from foreign companies;
