The Monthly GM Meeting is an opportunity for GMs to share and discuss best practices and lessons learned in cross-cutting issues among some of the region’s top business leaders. The meetings cut directly to the main issues concerning manufacturing companies in all industries.

The topic this month is ‘How to evaluate the performance of shop-floor staff.’ Specifically, how do GMs determine the right incentives while balancing different interests? The types of incentives, such as monthly vs. annual bonuses and loyalty bonuses, as well as performance indicators will be discussed during this meeting.
