The Chinese legal landscape is constantly evolving. As everywhere in the world, the healthcare sector in China is also heavily regulated. European companies are keen to be compliant but this involves keeping up to date with the fast changing regulations in the healthcare sector in China and the complexities of public procurement in Chinese hospitals. At the same time, the new Chinese government appointed in March 2013 has been keen to implement healthier business practices in the industry, as evidenced by the ongoing anti-corruption investigations in the sector. In order to provide a platform for member companies to acquire and share legal and industrial information and advice from various channels, we organize this joint legal, pharma and healthcare related Working Group meeting, for members to network with each other, share information and profit from European Chamber regular activities.
This joint Legal, Pharma and Healthcare related WGs meeting aims to bring together companies in the healthcare sector and legal practitioners to discuss and find answers to how to prepare for new and more challenging compliance obligations.
