The European Chamber Southwest Chapter is very delighted to invite you to our seminar 'Challenges & Resolutions of IPR in China' co-organized with IPR Helpdesk in Chengdu on 25th September.
Fast growth, an increasingly skilled workforce and improving infrastructure have attracted many European SMEs to set up a business in China. Although China offers ample opportunities in sales and manufacturing, China also remains one of the world’s largest sources of intellectual property rights infringement. A challenge for European SMEs is how to take advantage of the opportunities while minimising the risk of intellectual property loss.
It is important to realise that many of your company’s assets are considered IP. If you have a brand name or logo, a database of contacts, technology, graphics, a website or catalogues promoting your products, then this workshop will help you to identify and determine the value of these assets. The workshop will teach you to identify your company’s challenges in the Chinese IP landscape and provide you with quick, cost-effective resolutions to protect your business.
