This presentation is designed to provide an interactive and meaningful approach to develop team engagement. As a leader, you will discover how to use efficiently your "human" resources and talents to build a collective power that rise up your company ambitions.
How to increase employees' loyalty with tailor-made programs, how to refresh your internal communication and corporate strategies through shared thinking… these are some of the topics that will be addressed.
We believe leaders and managers' role is to enhance the motivation and performance of all company members through their own attitudes and actions. A smart leader promotes great vision and meaningful projects to inspire its team members. He acts as a coach to develop talents and characters and cultivates pleasure at work. A smart leader also encourages taking risks and accepts innovative ideas to prepare for the future.
During this seminar, we will walk you through the steps of our process, in using role-plays and case-studies that promote successful implementations and their scientific measurements and results. We will showcase our cooperation with two different companies: Deathlon-Oxylane Group (Large corporation, renowned for its human values) and Cal-Scan (SME).
