Event Description
Fast growth, low costs, an increasingly skilled worksforce and improving infrastructure have attracted many European companies to open manufacturing plants in China. However many companies doing business in China face issues with IPR infringement.
How can European Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) take advantage of the manufacturing and sales opportunities China offers while minimising the risk of infringement? What essential steps should be taken to prevent intellectual property loss? How can infringement be fought on a limited budget?
This workshop will tackle these questions and will cover all you need to know about China's IPR landscape. Its advantages and pitfalls will be addressed during an interactive workshop, which will provide you with the right tools to formulate the ideal IPR strategy for your business.
