International practices and standards are implemented so as to ensure the quality, safety and protection of services and products offered. However there are many cases where these practices have been ignored as they are difficult to implement resulting in loss of profits and a damaged reputation. The steps to ensuring these standards are implemented fully and maintained correctly can often be costly and time consuming.

■ Johnny Han - General Manager, Cockram Projects Limited
Johnny Han has in excess of 15 years’ experience working with Cockram. He became the GM of Cockram China since 2011. Johnny gained international construction experience whilst working with Cockram, on many projects where he was a key member of numerous construction management, project management and design management teams. In the last 20 years, Johnny has been observing the rapid changing of China society both on infrastructure and people mind-set. In addition Johnny has 5 years plant operational experiences when he was the Manufacturing Director for Scholle Packaging Suzhou, a global leading food packaging enterprise. Johnny is well recognized as an excellent communicator and will add core value to any project he is involved in.
■ Ryan Beers – Senior Consultant, FTI Consulting
Ryan Beers is a senior consultant in the Global Risk and Investigations practice of FTI Consulting and he is based in Guangzhou. Ryan manages a broad range of brand integrity, intellectual property (IP), and business intelligence assignments, primarily in the southern provinces of China. He also provides operational, research and analytical support for many investigative due diligence, corporate investigations, and other risk consulting client engagements in Greater China.
