The EU Delegation and CCUD (NDRC-China Centre for Urban Development) gladly to announce the upcoming EU-China Exhibition on Urban Development 2013 on 20th - 23rd November in Beijing.
This 4-day exhibition will offer a platform for promoting information exchanges, business collaboration and technology communication between European and Chinese cities, enterprises, research institutions, NGOs and think-tanks etc. There will be over 500 exhibitors and city representatives to showcase best practices, technologies and urban development solutions from China and Europe.

Background Information:
The Joint Declaration on the EU-China Partnership on Urbanisation was signed by then Vice Premier Li Keqiang and European Commission president Jose Manuel Barroso on 3rd May 2012 in Brussels. As the flagship event under the EU-China Partnership on Urbanisation, the ‘EU-China Exhibition on Urban Development 2013’ will be co-organised by the NDRC-China Centre for Urban Development (CCUD), the European Commission and the EU Committee of Regions on 20th-23rd November 2013 at the Beijing Exhibition Centre. In the aim of facilitating technical, intellectual and financial support to the 14 areas of cooperation defined in the Joint Declaration, this exhibition will offer a platform to further their cooperation on sustainable development solutions with a diverse selection of EU and Chinese cities, enterprises, research centres, NGOs and think-tanks.
