At this meeting, we will provide an update on the annual European Tour, during which a Chamber delegation travelled to Brussels and other EU Member State capitals to present the newly released Position Paper, and conveyed key Chamber messages related to the business environment for foreign companies in China. In conjunction to this, it is intended that all members provide input into the development of the Construction Working Groups Lobby Action Plan, which identifies the Key Chinese Government Ministries that the Chairs will lobby on behalf of its members over the coming months.
The final part of the meeting will be dedicated to Chapter-specific discussions. In order to refine potential topics of discussion, we would like to receive members’ feedback to gain a better understanding of what particular areas of sustainable construction/urbanisation are of the highest concern of and/or interest to the members.
