We are delighted to invite you to the HR Forum Roundtable Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, 15th October 2013, starting at 3:00pm at The Executive Centre.
The purpose of this meeting is to gather HR professionals and share experiences and information on best practices. The meeting will commence with a presentation of the HR Forum Strategy by Homéric de Sarthe, the Vice Chair of the HR Forum, followed by a discussion on ‘How to dig out a candidate’s personality during the recruitment stage’. During the discussion, HR Managers will share various tools and interview methods that are used to determine a candidate’s personality.
