The European Chamber Shanghai is delighted to invite you to a Seminar on Better use of Social Media in China.
Social business is nascent, and the landscape will continue to change rapidly. Companies understood, over all in China, the leverage of social business by raising their social media presence as microblog played an important part in the spread of brand awareness. This Marketing & Communication Seminar will focus on communication through social media in China and how companies can ensure a better use of it. Phoebe Li, Celanese, will cover topics of internal communication, such as code of conduct for your staff and present how a big international manufacturing company like Celanese set up their specific and unique internal policy for social media, while Cecilia Wu, Senior Consultant, L’Atelier (BNP Paribas), will then focus on the trends and evolution in China and more particularly on the proper usage of social media in crisis management, including how to handle consumers’ complains.
