About the report
This report evaluates real estate investment potential across 15 Chinese major cities in the office sector according to their risks and returns. The scoring exercise aims to identify the most attractive real estate market from an investor’s perspective, based on the fundamental drivers of each sector. In evaluating those factors, not only the quantitative indicators are considered, such as rental growth and yields that are gathered across these cities on a regular basis, but also the incorporates qualitative indicators such as expected change in market status.
