About the trainer:
Dr. David (Dave) Zovak is a certified performance coach and specializes in strength-based leadership and organizational consulting. He has been working as a leadership coach and organizational consultant for the last 11 years in Melbourne, Australia and has recently relocated to Tianjin, China to work with LDi Training. While in Australia, David served a wide range of clients including for-profit, not-for-profit and educational organizations. His areas of expertise include strengths coaching, team building, change management and strategic planning.
He received his BA in Psychology from Stanford University and his Masters and Doctorate from Fuller in Pasadena, California. He is currently pursuing post-doctorate work in strengths-based leadership and education at Azusa Pacific University. He loves empowering leaders and teams in maximizing their potential and he utilizes a range of tools to help others bring out their best. He lives in the Hexi District with his wife (and fellow LDiT executive) Kim and their 2 children, Zane and Kyra.
