The European Chamber in Shanghai is pleased to co-sponsor an International 2-days Conference on the Future Chinese Leadership.
Outstanding representatives from local and international academia as well the corporate world will gather to discuss how to educate leaders in China who are ready to take on global challenges.
Discussion will specifically focus on:
1. Developing Globally Responsible Leaders in China, based on the experience of EFMD/UN Global Compact Initiative
2. Shaping the future of Business Education in China: the current situation of business education in China and its future challenges
3. Developing Human Capital in China: management and organizational development challenges for Chinese companies going global, cross-cultural management and related China-specific issues
4. Cooperation between academic partners, government agencies and corporate actors.
The Forum is jointly organized by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) with the support of:
