3- Briefing on HR WG Chair Election European Chamber Nanjing 2014-2015

1-At this meeting, we welcome our guest speaker, Ms. Le Chen, who is Engagement Practice Leader, AoN Hewitt. Her presentation will include the key findings through the latest AoN Hewitt Best Employer Study, the best practices from best employers, incentive, development and communication.  

2-We will also hold a group discussion on the ‘Labour Dispatch Regulation’ enforced by MOHRSS on 1^st March.

Since last August, European chamber collected comments from all HR Managers of member companies (please see attached). This meeting will also be an opportunity to give voice to the problems you encounter on your daily work, so that we could follow up with  a professional lawyer and/or with Jiangsu or Nanjing Human Resource Bureau.

3-We will explain the guidelines of the European chamber Nanjing Human Resource Working Group, roles and responsibilities of Chairs and Vice Chairs in preparation of the Election that will be held on April 9th.

As always, we welcome Working Group members’ suggestions for possible agenda topics and speakers for this and future Working Group meetings.
