Commerce in the Era of Comprehensively Deepening Reforms
The decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms was adopted at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The decision describes the new ideas, topics and measures during the comprehensively deepening reforms and will surely exert major and significant impact on promoting social economy development in various fields. Since commerce is an important part of the market economy, we must further research the new situation, tasks and targets in the era of comprehensively deepening reforms. Therefore, the 17th International Business Forum themed as ‘Commerce in the Era of Comprehensively Deepening Reforms’ and invites relevant experts, scholars and business elites both home and abroad to discuss the topic, exchange and share opinions.
Consequently, we expect to widen our horizon and pool the wisdom so as to promote the awareness of the businesss enterprises in Shanghai to plan forward for the coming reforms. Meanwhile, it is significant to build Shanghai into an international trade center and accelerate China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone construction. It will also make contributions to the innovation and transformation of the consumer businesses.

Mr. Guoqing Zhang
Mr. Zhang Guoqing formerly served as the Section Chief of Department of Foreign Trade of Ministry of Commerce,Economic Department of Hong Kong Branch of Xinhua News Agency and Economic Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong. He was also the Deputy Director of Policy Research Office of Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Commerce.
Mr. Zhang’s field of research including world economic situation, foreign trade, international investment, modern logistics, exhibition industry, as well as the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region research. He has presided over the research topics on China Threat Theory, Cross-Strait Common Market Research, Utilization of Foreign Investment and Economic Development in Kunshan. He has published a lot of articles on newspapers and journals such as People's Daily, China Economic Times, International Business, International Trade and etc. In 2011, Mr.Zhang participated in writing the Work Report of Chinese Government.

Mr. Danian Jian
Mr. Jian Danian was the Former Department Director, Assistant Director, CMC Vice Chairman and Party Members of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. He has been in such position as Director of Economic Development Department and Deputy Director of Waigaoqiao Functional Areas Administrative Committee in Pudong District. He also served as Deputy Director and Deputy Party Secretary of Shanghai Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee. His present position is Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee.
