Course objectives:
There is an obvious problem of environment in many parts of the world and many efforts are being made in the operational side to try to reduce these problems. On the Project Management side, finally a methodology was developed to address this need also. Green Project Management (www.greenprojectmanagement.org) came with the PRISM (PRojects Integrating Sustainable Methods). This award winning methodology is aligned with the ISO 21500 for Project Management, the ISO 14001 for Environment, the UN Global Compact 10 Principles and the GRI G4 Framework for Sustainability Reporting.
This methodology will show the participants the basic principles of how the methodology was created and the main tool to define and measure sustainable objectives into projects, a P5 calculator.
The training will also mention about the key areas to get ready for the GPM-b® certification and the principles for sustainable project management.
