The event will invite Mr. Cai Xiongshan (蔡雄山), a senior legal manager from Tencent Company and also a senior researcher from Tencent Cyberlaw Research Center, to share his expertise in E-Commerce legislation. Mr. Cai had worked at China Academy of Telecommunication Research of MIIT. His research fields include the legislation in Telecommunication and Internet, E-Commerce, Intellectual Property Protection, Competition Law, and WTO rules. He was once served as the telecommunication negotiator representing Chinese government in China-Switzerland Free Trade Zone Negotiation. Mr. Cai was also invited to give a keynote speech in English in WTO. He masters Chinese, English, French and Spanish. This event will be moderated by Mr. Zhu Chongkun (朱崇坤), a standing council member of China Behavior Law Association.
