The European Chamber and the Consulate General of Belgium in Shanghai are pleased to invite you to a seminar on food safety.
Over the past few years, food safety issues have been at the top of the priorities list of authorities in the European Union and China. The food and beverage sector faces safety challenges and is constantly trying to improve the quality and safety of the supply chain, “from farm to fork”.
Speakers will address the state of play of food safety in Shanghai and provide some insights on the added-value of cooperation between European and Chinese stakeholders. Participants will answer the following question: What are the best practices developed by researchers and by industry?
