With many years of experience in the purchasing department, Mr. Yao is an expert in executing/coaching customer’s personnel on cost reduction with logical/structured approaches that can bring comprehensive and in-depth cost saving results.  Mr. Yao has also deep knowledge in the optimization and integration of purchasing/inventory control of C-parts and MRO/indirect materials.
