Event Description
Every company operating in China is aware that intellectual property issues are part of the business environment, but protecting your assets can seem expensive and complicated. Especially in the Yangtze River Delta, a strong economic base in China where many European SMEs have manufacturing operations, dealing with ‘product pirates’ can be challenging. It is important that companies are aware of the risks and know how to tackle these issues.
--------
It is in this context that the China IPR SME Helpdesk and the European Chamber of Commerce’s Nanjing Chapter invite you to a workshop which will help you to determine the value of your company’s IP assets and identify other assets that you should consider protecting. The session will give you a broad understanding of the Chinese IP landscape and enforcement options.
--------
You will learn from real life IPR cases and receive practical advice from our China IP experts. You will also have the opportunity to attend a one-on-one consultation session to discuss your individual questions.
