Update on China's labour dispatch interim regulation
The "Interim Regulations on Labour Dispatch", which came into effect on 1 March 2014, bring new challenges for labour management of temporary staff. Companies will experience challenges to comply with the new regulations. This event is aimed at dealing with the following questions:
